We are a small team that is deeply passionate about travel. Our whole reason for being is to carefully curate experiences specifically for your interests and that go way beyond the hotel.

We have relationships at hotels around the world that allow our travelers to get VIP amenities such as complimentary breakfasts, room upgrades, and more.

Absolutely! That’s what we’re here for. Once you approve the complete itinerary, we’ll do everything else: booking accommodations, crafting unique cultural experiences, making restaurant reservations, getting all of your transportation arranged, and much, much more.

In most cases, you’ll have your initial custom itinerary within a few days after our initial call. You can then fine-tune your trip as much as you like and speak to the other people in your party before confirming. If your travel needs are more complex, we’ll work with you as long as it takes to plan the perfect trip.

Every Nellie private trip is custom curated specifically for your preferences and interests. The itineraries on our site are just to give you a taste of what we can do and inspire you to create a trip of your own.

Nightly accommodation at unique four- and five-star accommodations vetted by our team; all intra-country flights (if applicable); private airport transport (for travelers who arrive at the main destination airport within 24 hours before the strip start date); private transport for all day trips and excursions; private customized tours and activities guided by local guides and cultural experts; entrance fees; daily breakfasts, most lunches and dinners; gratuities for local staff.

International roundtrip airfare; travel insurance; activities not included in the trip itinerary; hotel incidentals including room service, laundry service and hotel bar tabs; food and beverage not included in itinerary; gratuity for tour leader. Our prices are based on double-occupancy room rates. We welcome solo travelers and are happy to accommodate travel companions who prefer individual rooms. Our single-supplement fee varies based on trip length and destination. Please refer to the trip details page for trip-specific pricing. Private rooms may have limited availability and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our group trips are limited to 16 travelers in total.

In general, cancellations received 90 days or more prior to departure will receive full refund minus a non-refundable administrative fee. Please review our Booking Terms for further details. We encourage travelers to consider trip insurance which generally covers prepaid, non-refundable or unused payments or deposits.
